The Algorithms and Analysis Department of the Applied Research Laboratory (ARL) seeks a MS student into the Walker Graduate Assistantship program. The Walker Graduate Assistantship is administered by ARL and is awarded to exemplary students pursing Master of Science (MS) and/or Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degrees in an engineering or engineering-related academic program. This assistantship provides full tuition and fees as well as a monthly stipend for graduate students admitted into the program.
The successful candidate will perform fundamental research in the area of signal processing to support advanced algorithm development. Students must have a BS in Electrical Engineering or related field, and will work up to 20 hours per week. Candidates must be accepted into the Penn State Graduate School. Successful candidates typically have an undergraduate GPA of 3.5 or above during their junior and senior years.
